It has been a while! 😲 WoW has been pretty boring in the past couple of expansions, so I haven't had much interest in it, thus the lack of posting. But it's time to talk more. Overall in my gold making journey in wow, I have made most of my gold from transmogs, and crafted transmogs have been a big part of it. Farming transmogs can however be a bit tiresome and has already been discussed many times, so in the next few posts I'll be discussing transmogs that you can craft yourself! These sell usually even faster than rare transmogs that you can get as a lucky drop, and their value is also very high typically. So definitely worth it, even if you have to make a new alt with the missing professions! This method is for Blacksmiths, Leatherworkers and Tailors.

Now when many of you are level 100 and geared up, it's time to start making tons of gold in Draenor and beyond! Let's talk a few professions first. People that have Tannery and Forge may have noticed they have tons of leather and ingots sitting around without any clear way to put it into use. Particularly this one is extremely lucrative during the first few months, and has already made me over 200k gold just from a few minutes of work. But as time passes, it will lose it's effect. With Mists of Pandaria hitting the PTR soon, it's time to push the general list of valuable items that will become even more valuable when MOP is finally here. This is the list of items to stockpile now and sell when MOP is launched. There's a hundred other items to stockpile as well, but I will be including the most wanted items for now.

Arcane Dust Farming - WoW Gold Guide

If you would like to make some fast gold, it's a good idea to focus on trade goods that have lots of uses. To make even more gold, you should focus on goods from The Burning Crusade expansion. Enchanting materials, like Arcane Dust is an excellent choice, although it requires professions. The more crafting ones you have at disposal, the more profitable it gets. Enchanting is mandatory!

Solo farming instances like The Eye is a great source for Arcane Dust and other goodies.

Molten Front dailies - How to make gold with Leatherworking

There is one specific Leatherworking pattern available from the Molten Front vendors that is quite a gold maker, even though many say it's not worth it because the material costs are heavy. That is one of the reasons I like this method, because everyone else thinks you can't make gold with it!

If you're not at skill 525 yet, there's extremely profitable 25 additional points to be gained aswell!

Farming Cobra Scales - WoW Gold Guide

Especially Cobra Scales have been extremely profitable, mainly for the reason that absolutely no one else sells these!
