Even enchanting skill of 1 is enough for this one.

To Smokywood Pastures
This gold making tip is super simple, but bigger profits await you in the future instead. There's a smokywood pastures vendor in bigger towns, at least in Ironforge and Orgrimmar.

This vendor sells Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater for 20 copper. When disenchanted (Requires 1 enchanting) it gives 1-5 Strange Dust or 1-3 Lesser Magic Essence.

There is no limit on how many sweaters you can buy, so you can repeat this until you have over 9000 strange dust.

Even though this item has been in the game for a while already, Strange Dust is still selling for 1g a piece on my realm. If I choose to wait a few weeks, perhaps a month or two, Strange Dust will again rise to the normal price, which from my experience has been closer to 4g a piece for many months now. This is of course realm specific.

After spending less than a minute buying 10 x  Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater for a few silvers, I obtained 20 x  Strange Dust and one Lesser Magic Essence. If I sell them right now, its about 20g profit.
