Can you farm level 80 twink items?
The short answer is no. Most of these are world drop items from mobs in Pandaland. World drop items always have a super low drop rate, so there's no point farming them. Instead, 50% of players don't recognize their true value and sell them in the auction house for as low as 200g. They don't sell instantly either, so even if you don't camp the auction house 24/7, you still have a chance of snatching one of these.
I've sold these items anywhere between 3000-20000 wow gold EACH. Yes. They do sell, and are extremely pricey! However, on a smaller realm you may have to use trade chat. In fact, using a sneaky macro on any realm will encourage people to become a twink and buy your items. I've used the following macro with a huge success. You need to adjust it a bit depending on which item you're selling.
